I started New Day Organizing because I know what it feels like to stare at a house full of stuff and have no idea where to begin.
Now I help busy professionals in the Piedmont Triad do the one thing they do not have time to do themselves: move well.

You do not have to come in with a plan. That is what the consultation is for. When you complete the form on our website, we ask a few simple questions about your move, your timeline, and what feels most overwhelming right now. From there we schedule a phone call to talk it through. Then we meet in person to walk the space together. By the end of that conversation, you will know exactly which phase or combination of phases fits your situation. You bring the move date. We bring the plan.
Yes, we do! Each package gets some form of donation removal. The bigger the package, the more stuff we take away for you. We want to take removal of donations off your list! Where possible, we use local organizations that we know can use the items.
Timeline depends on your move date, the size of your home, and which phases you select. Most clients go from first form submission to in-person consultation within one week. From there, your project is scheduled based on your moving timeline. Phase 1 prep work and Phase 2 packing are typically completed before your move date. Phase 3 unpacking and setup happens after your belongings arrive at the new home. The more lead time you give us, the more smoothly the schedule runs. If your move date is close, contact us right away so we can assess what is possible.
That is completely normal and we welcome it. The in-person consultation is the perfect time to have both decision makers in the room. We walk through the scope together, answer every question, and make sure everyone feels good about the plan before anything is scheduled. Nothing moves forward until you are both ready.
Yes. We can recommend, purchase, and bring supplies as part of your project. The cost of supplies will be provided and invoiced separately from the hourly service.
